1. PhD degree in Management Information Systems, thesis titles “Strategic Diffusion of IT In Jordanian Governmental Organizations, The Impact of Management Styles and Managers Attitudes”. Sheffield Hallam University, February 2004. My research focuses on some human and managerial issues related to information technology diffusion in developing countries' organizations. The interaction between management styles and information technology diffusion (Electronic government in particular) is the major theme in my research.
2. MSc degree in Systems Management & Consultancy, Sheffield Hallam University (United Kingdom, Sheffield; Sep. 1999- Sep. 2000). Grade - Very Good).
3. BA Degree in Administrative Sciences, Mu'tah University (Karek, Jordan; 1988-1992) (Excellent grade with accumulated average of 84.09). during that period, I studied several units that covered several areas related to Business, Economic, Politics, Accounting, Computer, Maths and Statistics.
WORKING EXPERIANCES
FROM JULY. 1992/ TO OCTOBER. 1994
I worked for Jordan Bank as a teller and money exchanger. I also received a full training on some other banking activities.
FROM OCTOBER. 1995/ TO JANUARY. 1996
I worked as an accountant for the housing Bank (Amman/ Jordan) where I got the opportunity to have general knowledge about all activities and services that were provided by this bank.
FROM JANUARY. 1996 / TO AUGUST. 1998
I worked at the investment department in Jordan Islamic bank (Mu'tah branch). I also worked as an accountant manager for three months. This work gave me an opportunity to get in touch with people and develop my communication skills.
